This policy explains what information Bless Labs ("we," "us") collects on blesslabsusa.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. This is a plain-language summary of our real practices, not a generic template.

Information we collect

When you make a purchase: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

When you join our email list: your email address, submitted through our signup form (processed by Netlify Forms).

Automatically, when you browse the site: we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to record page views and on-site actions (like viewing the product or starting checkout), so we can measure whether our ads are working. This uses cookies (`_fbp`, `_fbc`) and, where you've provided it, your email in hashed form. You can control this through your browser's cookie and ad-tracking settings, and through Meta's own ad preferences.

How we use your information

To process and ship your order, and to contact you about it (including tracking numbers).
To send you your discount code and any emails you've opted into. We don't sell or rent your email address to anyone.
To measure and improve our advertising, using the pixel data described above.
To respond when you contact us at support@blesslabsusa.com.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the services that make the site and checkout work: Stripe (payments), Netlify (site hosting and form handling), and Meta (advertising measurement). We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can manage or cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription anytime through our subscription portal. To ask what information we have about you, or to request it be deleted, email support@blesslabsusa.com.
